Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

A: We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: Care is at the heart of what we do! If you are not happy with your purchase, we don't want to keep your money. We gladly accept returns and exchanges (within 7 days of delivery) as long as the product is still completely new, unused, and in a resellable condition. 
 
Please note:
  • Returned products must be in completely new, unused, and re-sellable condition and are subject to manager approval.Items that have been altered, improperly used and/or mishandled are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, even when shipping is free for you.
  • All our sale and personalized items are final sales and are not eligible for return.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees
