How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process order Tuesday-Friday and most orders ship within 2-3 days. Since our products are handcrafted with love and care, and we are committed to ethical practices, some products may take longer to make and ship. We aim to ship your bundle within 5-7 business days of receipt, however, if you have a request or an urgent order, you are invited to email us at hello@slofloworld.com, we are always happy to accommodate when we can.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped so you can check the status of your shipment. Orders placed after 12:30pm (Eastern time) will not be processed until the following business day.
How much do you charge for shipping?Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout depending on your location. We also offer FREE SHIPPING!
If your order is over $150 before tax and after any promotions/discounts have been applied, shipping is on us. Please check restrictions for free shipping.
What are the restrictions for free shipping?-
Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: instead we offer a flat rate of $25 which is automatically applied

Wholesale orders: We love wholesale orders but unfortunately we can't offer free shipping to wholesale. Instead, we charge exact shipping charges based on the weight for your order, we can also work with you to use your own shipping labels.

We are committed to sustainable and ethical practices, so all packages are shipped with Mother Earth in mind. We use biodegradable recycled paper packaging materials, including corrugated boxes, paper wrapping, and natural-rubber tape. The only item that might have bubble wrap.
To minimize waste, we reuse boxes and packing materials from our purchases— we promise that a reused box doesn't impact the quality of our products packed in there and besides you can feel good about giving an old box a new life.
Where do you ship from and to?We ship from Mississauga, Ontario and our products have new homes in Canada, USA, and all over the world.
My order shows "delivered" but I have not received it, what do I do?If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received your order, please email us at hello@slofloworld.com or slofloworld@gmail.com so we can contact our service providers to investigate location of package. SLŌFLŌ World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
