Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges (within 30 days of purchase) as long as the product is still completely new, unused, and in a resellable condition.   • Returned products must be in completely new, unused, and re-sellable condition and are subject to manager approval.Items that have been altered, improperly used and/or mishandled are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, even when shipping is free for you.
  • All our sale and personalized items are final sales and are not eligible for return.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees
