Product Care

• The removable cover allows hygienic care; just remove, wash, and air dry.
• Do not bleach. Hang to dry
• Do not wash the inserted pillow.

Instructions

• Heat: Place as flat as possible in the microwave and heat for 1-2 mins. Do not leave unattended while heating. Test the temperature on the inside of your arm before use.
• Cold: Place wrap in a ziplock bag in the freezer for at least an hour.
