Filled with Ontario biodegradable Canadian wheat berries with an option to add your choice of all-natural relaxing grade A essential oils; our therapy pads are an all natural products that adjusts to your body to promote relaxation and release discomfort.

Uniquely designed with two handles for extra reach to contour the body to relieve tension in sore muscles in the neck, shoulders, back, spine, or anywhere through heat therapy, or minimize swelling through cold compress or use it as an additional weight prop in your yoga or meditation practice.

Instructions:·

• Heat: Place as flat as possible in the microwave and heat for 1-2 mins. Do not leave unattended while heating. Test the temperature on the inside of your arm before use.·
• Cold: Place wrap in the freezer for at least an hour.
